any thoughts on a staggered bottom up squat?

I've seen the athletes at Altisworld use this quite a bit.

I think any single leg varation on a movement is useful to sprinters. However it requires force from both legs.

Removing the counter-movement is good for developing force production.

Happy to have any feedback.
