Sprinter Legs – Leg Training for Sprinters
Train like a sprinter, whether you compete or not.
To get the best physique possible, it is wise that you incorporate some sprint training in with the rest of your training program. You do not need an entire sprint training program, but you can definitely benefit from some dedicated sprint training.
