Custom Training & Personal Coaching by ATHLETE.X
ATHLETE.X provides customized training programs to those athletes and enthusiasts who can self-motivate, have a solid base of experience, and those who simply need high quality guidance on what to do in their training. For those who would benefit from personalized coaching, limited space is available to be personally coached by Cody, whether this be remotely online or in-person.
Training programs and coaching available for the following sports & training disciplines:
- Sprint Training - Prepare for and compete in the 60m, 100m, 200m races.
- Speed Training - 40 yard dash prep, team sport acceleration and speed development, etc.
- NFL Combine Preparation Training - Develop the acceleration, agility, strength, and power to dominate the 40 yard dash, vertical jump, pro agility shuttle, and the max reps 225lb. bench press.
- Bobsled Combine Preparation Training - Develop the skills and qualities needed to enhance your acceleration, jumps, and throws for the bobsled combine.
- Strength Training - Get as strong as you can, whether it be for you to compete in powerlifting, to get stronger for sport, or to get strong for the sake of being a beast.
All custom programs will include video links to exercises which are exclusively available to ATHLETE.X athletes & clients.
Note, your first program will take up to 7 days to be delivered.
After subscribing, you will be taken to a page which allows you to give ATHLETE.X the details about what type of training you need. From there, we will immediately get started on designing your program and discussing regularly your goals and progress!
