  1. Great video. I would love to talk with you about this subject further. And other training ideas for high school track athletes. I currently coach girls sprints for a high school in Maryland. Also how much different is your 100 vs 200 off season training programs. And if I have 2/4 athletes is the 400 off season the better.

      Thanks for checking it out. The main differences between the three programs is the running volume and distances trained. For example, the 100m program will utilize shorter accelerations and tempo endurance distances than the 200 or 400 program. The lifting for 100m/200m is the same, while the 400m program uses some higher reps such as 5’s instead of 5/3/2 reps.
